About Deena Alloul

Life can be overwhelming, yet filled with moments of growth and beauty. That does not mean we have to deal with our issues alone. You might be dealing with the stressors of ADHD, the emotional weight of anxiety, or simply trying to figure out the next steps in your life. No issue is unsolvable with a little clarity and support. We all want to be understood and to feel seen, and that is why my door is open to those in need of comfort and peace when it has become difficult to find in the world.

As a multicultural female counselor, I understand the importance of being understood and heard. I offer a space where our similarities and differences are respected and celebrated. Using approaches such as CBT, ACT, person-centered therapy and solution-focused brief therapy, we will safely explore your experiences and work together to find your strengths and what works for you. I am currently working as an Associate Licensed Counselor (ALC) in the state of Alabama under the supervision of Cindy Perronne, MS, ADC, LPC-S.

Therapy does not have to feel intimidating. This is a safe, judgment-free space to explore our minds and get closer to the better quality of life you deserve. It is a journey that moves at your pace, with compassion and understanding at its core. Reach out today to start making your path a little clearer.
